British actor Leslie Phillips has married for the third time at the age of 89.
The former Carry On funnyman tied the knot with his fiancee, social worker Zara Carr, at a registry office in Mayfair Friday, in front of just two witnesses, reports femalefirst.co.uk.
The two then celebrated the union with 40 friends and family for a blessing at a church near the star's home.
He proposed to his girlfriend following the death of his friend Peter O'Toole Dec 14.
"I realised I don't have much time and want to make the most of it. Zara is a wonderful woman, who not only looks good but has an amazing brain. I love her very much," said Phillips.
Phillips was previously married to Bond girl Angela Scoular, who committed suicide, aged 65, in April, 2011. The star split from his first wife, Penny Bartley, in 1965.
