Singer Liam Gallagher's partner Liza Ghorbani is reportedly applying for the sole custody of their 10-month-old daughter Gemma.
Gemma is Gallagher's love child with Ghorbani. He hasn't seen the child yet and his partner is making sure he doesn't get to see her in future either.
"Ghorbani is seeking sole custody of Gemma and asking the court to impose supervised visitation upon Gallagher - if he ever decides to meet and visit his daughter," New York Post quoted a source as saying.
Ghorbani fears that Gallagher's famous lifestyle will be harmful for the child.
"Her concern is that he still lives the life of a rock star, and she wouldn't want to leave the child in his care," a source said.
"Liam has never seen Gemma, nor spoken to her, nor has he expressed any interest in how she is doing," the source added.
