Music mogul Simon Cowell says singers Cheryl Fernandez-Versini and Liam Payne are "madly in love" with each other.
Cowell thinks Fernandez-Versini and Payne, whose secret relationship was revealed in February, make a very "cute" couple, reports mirror.co.uk.
"I saw them together and we had a really nice dinner. They were on good form. They're like two little chipmunks madly in love. Literally, they were so cute," Cowell told The Sun newspaper.
Cowell said he "didn't have a clue" that the two were in a relationship until it was revealed. But he couldn't be happier for the couple, who got together after Fernandez-Versini's split from husband Jean-Bernard.
"I'm not going to talk about the past. But importantly they both seemed very happy over here and very relaxed. I'm happy for them," he said.
