British singer Lily Allen has revealed she is having therapy again to cope with her anger issues.
The pop star opened up to her fans about her mental health on Twitter, reports mirror.co.uk.
"I have got therapy in the AM (anger management). It has just occurred to me that I haven't seen my shrink since before Brexit," Allen tweeted.
Back in 2010, Allen revealed she had regular therapy.
Then again in 2014 she spoke about returning to counselling after a year's break.
The "Somewhere only we know" singer said that the sessions helped her to manage her busy lifestyle, which has grown "manic" since she made her return to music last year.
She checked into The Priory -- an independent provider of mental healthcare facilities in Britain -- for depression at the age of 18.
