Consumer giant Lloyd Electric and Engineering Limited on Monday launched a new smartphone app "MyLloyd" for a wide array of services and facilities.
The features includes access to the service history record. The app also offers features such as "Ask for Service", "Call Back from Lloyd", "Trade in Old Products" and "Payment Gateway".
"The development of 'MyLloyd' app is part of our mission to create innovations that suit our customer's faced-paced lifestyles," said Nipun Singhal, Director, Lloyd Electric and Engineering Ltd in a statement.
The app is designed to cater to existing and new Lloyd customers with an intention to enable them easy access to Lloyd's services at their own convenience.
