Malayalam actor Jishu Raghavan died here on Friday at a private hospital here after losing his battle with cancer. He was 35.
"Around 8.30 a.m. this morning, he passed away in Amrita hospital, where he was undergoing treatment for a long time," a source close to the actor told IANS.
Although detected and cured of cancer two years ago, the disease had relapsed last year.
Jishu, son of popular Malayalam actor Raghavan, he started his cinematic career as a child artist in 1987 Malayalam film "Killipatt".
He had also worked in four other Malayalam films including the blockbuster "Nammal".
