A man was killed and his wife and two children were critically injured when their car fell from a bridge in Jaunpur in Uttar Pradesh, police said on Monday.
The incident took place on Dhaniamau bridge around midnight on Sunday. A container truck coming from behind also plunged the bridge on the car below, smashing it.
Car owner Sharad, 39, died on the spot while his wife Pragati, 35, Sauda, 7, and Shamli, 4, were critically injured.
