A person was shot dead in an incident of road rage in Ghaziabad, police said on Monday.
The incident occurred on Sunday night on Loni road near Koyal Enclave in this city.
The police said three persons were going to Loni in a car from Delhi. On the way, they had a row with three young men on a motorcycle.
When the car halted near Koyal Enclave, the motorcyclists reached there and opened fire, injuring two persons.
The injured were rushed to the GTB Hospital in Delhi where one of them, Jitendra, was declared dead. He hailed from Baghpat in Uttar Pradesh.
