American fashion designer Marc Jacobs thinks Nicolas Ghesquiere is a "brilliant" choice to replace him at Louis Vuitton fashion house.
Jacobs, who left his position as the luxury brand's creative director in October, has given his successor the thumbs up and is excited to see what changes Ghesquiere introduces.
"He is a brilliant designer and he'll do something completely different. I've always admired Nicolas. I'm curious to see what he'll do. We have such different aesthetics," femalefirst.co.uk quoted Jacobs as saying.
"Things need to change. I'm really glad someone I respect and admire, and think is a really great talent, is there," he added.
