Milan, April 25 (IANS) AC Milan vice president Adriano Galliani has said the Rossoneri will "fight for the Scudetto" next season.
The Milan side are currently ranked third in Serie A, 18 points behind leaders Juventus and one point clear of Fiorentina, reports Xinhua.
Galliani expects the Serie A giants to improve next season and challenge Juventus.
"Milan are the biggest team in Italy in terms of revenue," he said here Wednesday. "And we must improve in order to have a competitive team - both in Italy and in Europe.
"We need to 'give gas' to our players in order to make the Champions League for the 11th time in 12 years," he said.
"Once we do that, hopefully next year, with a team that is properly integrated, we can fight for the Scudetto," he added.
