Miley Cyrus parents divorcing?

Singer Miley Cyrus' father Billy Ray has reportedly filed for a divorce from wife Tish after being married to her for 20 years. Both of them have requested for privacy.

"This is a personal matter and we are doing what is in the best interest of our family. We ask that you respect our privacy at this time," eonline.com quoted Billy as saying.

Billy, 51, had first filed the divorce two-and-a-half years ago but withdrew his petition in March 2011 after an apparent reconciliation.

Tish, who has also filed her own divorce petition here citing irreconcilable differences as the reason, said: "This is a personal matter and we are working to find a resolution that is in the best interest of our family. We ask that you respect our privacy at this time."

Billy and Tish tied the know in 1993 and are parents of sons Braison, Noah and Trace and daughters Miley and Brandi. Trace and Brandi were Tish's kids from a previous marriage, both of whom Cyrus adopted. He also has a son, Christopher, from a previous relationship.
