Minor raped by Class 12 student in Delhi

A 12 class student was arrested here Saturday for raping a 15-year-old girl when she was alone at her home, police said.

The accused Aslam, 19, a neighbour barged the victim's house at Goakalpuri area in east Delhi Friday afternoon when she was alone. He raped the girl and threatened her of dire consequences if she told anybody about the assault.

However, the girl, studying in class 10, told parents in the evening and they approached police.

"The accused has been arrested from his house Saturday evening following the rape being confirmed in a medical examination of the girl," said an officer.
