Actress Mischa Barton is selling her Beverly Hills mansion for $8.7 million.
The 27-year-old, who bought the pad in 2005, started renting it out last year, but is now eager to sell the house, reports contactmusic.com.
The property boasts views of Catalina Island, and features fireplaces in every room and dressing rooms in the master suite, according to real estate website Redfin.com.
Barton's desire to start afresh comes just months after her split from actor Sebastian Knapp.
