BJP's PM candidate Narendra Modi Saturday said that he had gone to seek the blessings of former prime minister Atal Bihari Vajpayee in Delhi after the end of the poll campaign.
"After addressing final campaign rally came to seek Atal ji's blessings. Had met him when campaign started. Its always special to meet him,"Modi tweeted.
The poll campaign for the Lok Sabha elections ended Saturday at 6 pm. The final round of voting in eastern Uttar Pradesh, West Bengal and Bihar will take place on May 12 and the results will be declared on May 16.
Vajpayee has ailing for a long time.
