Superstar Rajinikanth on Thursday said he has no plans to extend support to any party in the forthcoming crucial RK Nagar bypoll here.
"My support is for no one in the coming elections," Rajinikanth tweeted.
Earlier this week, when popular composer and BJP candidate Gangai Amaran called on Rajinikanth, reports started doing the rounds that the 66-year-old star was supporting Prime Minister Narendra Modi-led party.
The April 12 contest will be held to fill the vacancy caused by the death of J. Jayalalithaa, former Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu.
On the career front, the actor is busy wrapping up shoot of upcoming Tamil science-fiction magnum opus "2.o".
