Valencia's Nani has been injured in the team's training session in the sports city of Paterna and will be out of action for one month, which means he will not play again in 2016.

"In the final minutes of Thursday's training the player suffered a muscular problem to his right leg and a medical examination has revealed that he is set to be sidelined for the next few weeks," the Spanish football club said in a statement on Friday, reports Efe.

Nani will miss La Liga ties against Malaga and Real Sociedad, as well as the Copa del Rey match against Leganes.
