Los Angeles, April 17 (IANS) Singer Nathan Sykes is reportedly expected to undergo a throat surgery and people close to him are concerned about his future. It is also likely to effect the schedule of his band - The Wanted.
Sykes and his other band members Max George, Siva Kaneswaran, Tom Parker and Jay McGuiness have been working hard on their songs. But with the surgery, their plans will undergo certain changes.
"It's not good at all. Nathan has battled with throat issues for a while but this is far more serious. After the once-over by the specialist, he was instructed to have almost immediate surgery. Naturally, Nathan is really worried as, if it doesn't work, his career is over," thesun.co.uk quoted a source as saying.
"The rest of the band are not only concerned about him but also about the group. It will be tricky to continue without him as vocals will have to be changed. All their worldwide commitments are having to be put on hold," the source added.
