Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar and Rashtriya Janata Dal chief Lalu Prasad blamed Pakistan for the death of Indian prisoner Sarabjit Singh in a Lahore hospital early Thursday.
"It is sad and unfortunate but more pathetic is the circumstances behind his death in Pakistan. Authorities in that country are responsible for it," Nitish Kumar told media persons in Gopalganj during his Sewa Yatra.
Lalu Prasad also said that Pakistan has to answer for the death of Sarabjit Singh in judicial custody. "We will not pardon them for it. Pakistan government is responsible for his death," he said.
