Relegated German Bundesliga side Nuremberg's midfielder Markus Feulner has joined Augsburg till June 2016.
Augsburg completed their first summer transfer Monday as Feulner joined from relegated Nuremberg by putting pen to paper on a two-year deal, reports Xinhua. However, both sides agreed to keep silent on the transfer fee and further contract details.
"I am very happy that Augsburg offers me the opportunity to continue playing in the Bundesliga top flight," new arrival Feulner said.
The midfielder already played for a number of German clubs namely Nuremberg, Mainz, Cologne, Dortmund and Bayern. He made 160 Bundesliga appearances overall.
"We are pleased that we managed to sign a player with a lot of Bundesliga experience. Markus Feulner will help us to establish Augsburg in the Bundesliga," Augsburg chief executive Stefan Reuter said.
