World No.9 Jan O Jorgensen joined the Banga Beats as a replacement player for Hong Kong's Hu Yun, who will be going back home from the Indian Badminton League (IBL) due to an injury.

"Hun Yu injured his knee and will not take part in the IBL anymore. He has been replaced by Denmark's Jan O Jorgensen," a team source told IANS here Sunday.

Jorgensen will take on Krrish Delhi Smashers' H.S. Prannoy in the tie between the two sides here at the Sree Kanteerava Indoor Stadium Sunday.

Men's singles World No.8 Yun Hu was picked up by Banga Beats for $50,000 at the IBL players' auction in July.
