A 75-year-old man was killed inside his house here Tuesday morning, police said.
Kashi Ram was found dead inside his Mansarovar Park residence in east Delhi around 5.30 a.m.
His daughter-in-law found him lying in a pool of blood and raised an alarm.
The family members informed police.
Police said the old man's throat was slit with a sharp-edged weapon and that they have registered a case, but are yet to ascertain the reason or motive behind the murder.
