One construction worker was killed and 12 others injured in an explosion on Tuesday at a hospital here in Texas, US.
According to police, the victims in the blast are all construction workers, but the cause of the explosion was not immediately known.
The explosion erupted at Coryell Memorial Hospital in Gatesville, a town of nearly 12,500 people.
