Union Minister for Communications and Information Technology and Law and Justice Kapil Sibal is scheduled to inaugurate the day-long summit organised by IACC in the national capital. Top diplomats and officials from India and the US are also scheduled to attend the event.

Bhasin said 80 delegates from the US are likely to participate at the event, while the number of Indian delegates would be more than 120.
