Pakistan minister killed in blast

A bomb blast during Eid-ul-Adha festivities left at least eight dead, including a provincial minister, in Pakistan's northwest Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province, BBC reported.

Israrullah Gundarpur, law minister of the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province, a stronghold of Taliban militants, was killed while greeting people in Kullachi village near his residence, when the bomb burst, according to the report.

No one has yet claimed responsibility for the attack.
