"Happy Endings" actor Adam Pally was arrested here and hit with two drug possession charges, police said.

A source told variety.com that Pally was seen smoking marijuana with an e-cigarette in the neighbourhood of Hell's Kitchen in public view.

When police arrested him on Tuesday night, they found he had a small bag of cocaine and cited him with the second drug charge. He has since been released from custody.

He has been charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance and marijuana. Pally has to appear before a judge within 30 days.
