Panettiere terrified by live performance

Actress Hayden Panettiere, who plays the role of a country music singer in TV show "Nashville", is scared of performing live.

"Performing live has always terrified me. They never used to when I was little. But when you grow up in the spotlight, and you're constantly reading things that are awful about you, it sticks with you," femalefirst.co.uk quoted the 23-year-old as saying.

"I would need to separate myself from Juliette Barnes (the character she is playing in the show) and be seen as Panettiere. And that's a very difficult thing to do sometimes," she added.
