Barcelona defender Gerard Pique on Monday said his love for Manchester United will not let him join crosstown rivals Manchester City.
Pique, who is a product of the Barcelona academy, spent four years at Old Trafford playing for United. He then joined Catalan giants Barcelona in 2008.
"My love for (Manchester) United is too strong to go to City," Pique was quoted as saying by goal.com.
"I don't see myself in their shirt even though Pep (Guardiola) is a great coach."
When Guardiola was at Camp Nou, Pique was able to get hold of three La Liga titles, two Copa del Reys and two Champions League medals.
