Two men were killed after their plane crashed in Manitoba, Canada early on Friday, the Canadian Broadcasting Corporations (CBC) said.

The Cessna 185, a small plane built in 1980s, crashed in a field off Highway 305 near Brunkild, some 45 kilometres southwest of Winnipeg, the capital city of Manitoba province, Xinhua cited a report by CBC as saying.

Police are investigating the reason of the crash of the plane, which is believed to be an overdue aircraft.
