Western dresses and ensembles in bright pop colours have been a rage, but now try some traditional wear in wacky shades.
Fashion brand Peppermint Diva, for its Autumn-Winter 2013 line, has blended the all-time favourite black with pop colours to create lehengas and saris, suitable for the festive season.
One of the pieces of the collection has used coral, off-white and black. The tri-colour sari is apt for a cocktail evening.
If you are slightly superstitious about colours, you can choose from a heavily embroidered pink and purple lehenga, and more.
