Radhika Apte joins Rajinikanth in Malaysia

Actress Radhika Apte has joined superstar Rajinikanth for the final schedule of upcoming Tamil gangster drama "Kabali" in Malaysia.

"Important scenes between Rajinikanth and Radhika, besides some action sequences will be shot in this schedule that will go on for nearly three weeks in Malaysia," a source from the film's unit told IANS.

Radhika plays Rajinikanth's wife in the film, which is being directed by Pa. Ranjith.

"Kabalia, which also features Malaysian actors, is loosely based on real-life don Kabaleeshwaran. Rajinikanth plays an ageing don in the film.

Slated to release in May, the film also features Dhanshikaa, Dinesh, Kalaiarasan and Ritwika in important roles.
