Rae Morris keen to collaborate with Chris Martin

English singer-songwriter Rae Morris hopes to collaborate with Coldplay frontman Chris Martin in future.

Morris expressed her wish to work with Martin, during an interview with The Sun newspaper, reports femalefirst.co.uk.

"I was over the moon to hear he likes my music as I am a massive Coldplay fan. I'd never turn down that opportunity (to collaborate with him) -- he is one of the most amazing songwriters there is," she said.

Though she's yet to work with Martin, Morris is gearing up for the release of her debut album "Unguarded" later this month.

She's excited for people to hear her new tracks as she thinks they show how she has evolved since she started writing four years back.

"The album is the story of my growing up and where I've come from. I am excited for people to know about me. I've always been a serial diary keeper and I feel like the songs are parts of that. They're a collection of songs that together make it a coming-of-age album," she said.
