Congress vice president Rahul Gandhi on Thursday condemned the suspected Taliban attack on a guesthouse in Afganistan's capital Kabul that killed 14 people, including four Indians.
"Extremely saddened to hear that several people, including Indian citizens, lost their lives in the attack in Kabul," said Rahul Gandhi in a statement.
"I strongly condemn the brutal terrorist attack in Karachi. Innocent lives have been lost in a senseless act of violence," the Congress vice-president said.
Four gunmen attacked the Park Palace guesthouse, often frequented by foreigners, late Wednesday night.
The counter-attack ended on Thursday morning and the attackers were shot dead by the security forces.
