Abu Dhabi, Nov 21 (IANS/WAM) The United Arab Emirates' capital Abu Dhabi and adjoining areas received heavy rain Thursday morning.
The heavy to medium rain was accompanied by brisk winds.
The National Centre of Meteorology and Seismology (NCMS) reported that heavy rain lashed Dalma recording some 80.6 mm, followed by Al-Ghuwaifat with 41.4mm, Al Yasat with 38.4mm, Sir Bani Yas Island with 29.2mm, Al Ruwais with 25.8mm and Tarfa with 14mm.
More rain is expected.
