At least 10 people were killed in various rain-related incidents Saturday in the port city of Karachi.
Cases of electrocution were reported in some parts of the country's most populous city, the Geo News reported.
A child was killed due to electrocution in the city's Paposh Nagar area while another child died in the Korangi area. Another loss of life was reported near the Karachi Electric Supply Company office.
In a separate rain-related accident, more than three people were trapped under the debris of a collapsed shed of a CNG filling station in another area.
Karachi witnessed heavy rainfall Saturday morning, throwing life out of gear.
Meanwhile, rainwater clogged in several parts of the city, such as Old City Area, Nazimabad, Steel Town, Landhi and other adjoining areas of University Road and Airport Road, which led to massive traffic snarls.
