Actor Ranbir Kapoor, who has wowed everyone with his scintillating performances on the big screen in films like "Rockstar" and "Barfi!", is eager to show his acting skills on the small screen as well.

The actor, who was present on the sets of TV show "Pyaar Ka Dard Hai Meetha Meetha Pyaara Pyaara", to promote his upcoming film "Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani", says if he gets some good offer, he would love to work on TV.

"When I will get some good offer, when something (offer) will excite me, definitely I would love to be a part of television," he said.

"Television is one of the biggest platforms today, one of the (most) entertaining platforms. So to be just a part of it would be lovely. But I have not got any offer yet," he added.

When the actor was asked about signing a film by filmmaker Zoya Akhtar, he denied it and said there was no such film.

Rumour mills are abuzz with the news that Zoya is making a film on the relationship between a brother and sister, and she is keen to cast real-life cousins Ranbir and Kareena Kapoor in the lead roles.

"I have not been offered any such film (by Zoya Akhtar). The thing is that we all are friends, so even if we are meeting, people think that talks about some film is going on between us," he clarified.

"Currently I am doing 'Besharam', then 'Bombay Velvet' and after that I am doing Imtiaz Ali's next film," he added.

The special episode of "Pyaar Ka Dard Hai..." featuring Ranbir will be aired May 27.

"Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani", directed by Ayan Mukerji, will hit the big screen May 31. The film features Deepika Padukone with Ranbir.
