Singer Rita Ora is reportedly looking to buy her own pad here as she plans to spend much more time in the US and wants a base other than a hotel.
"Rita spends a lot of time in America and normally either stays in a hotel or rents a place with her team. But she's been going back and forth so much recently promoting her new single that she's decided it makes more sense to get her own place," a source told The Sun newspaper, reports femalefirst.co.uk.
"Her album is due out in November and she's desperate for it to be a success in the US.
She has been looking at houses over the past month but is still in the early stages of finding somewhere," the story added.
Ora said that she hopes to settle down and have a family in California in the future.
"I would love to get married and have kids and live in LA, somewhere out of the city. I like Los Angeles a lot," she said.
