Producer Ritesh Sidhwani of Excel Entertainment says there is a dire need for more cinema halls in India.
"We need more numbers of screens. Abroad there are many screens due to which there is more exposure and more choices. In India, we surely need more number of screens," Sidhwani said in a statement.
Sidhwani, who is looking forward to the release of "Baar Baar Dekho", also took the message of the importance of additional screens in India to an interactive session at the fourth Indian Screenwriters Conference. The conference was held on Friday evening here.
He gave an insight into the world of producers providing a different perspective to the audience, and also about how script writing has become simpler.
The producer ended the session on an inspirational note by sharing: "Be honest, if you believe in it (script) you will inspire people to believe in it".
