The Lok Sabha saw protests again on Thursday over demonetisation as opposition members raised slogans seeking a debate with voting and Prime Minister Narendra Modi's presence in the house.
The opposition members were on their feet as soon as the house met and they trooped near the Speaker's podium shouting slogans.
In the din, Speaker Sumitra Mahajan carried out the Question Hour for around half hour, repeatedly warning the protesting members.
But the ruckus only kept getting louder and the house was adjourned till noon.
