Moscow, Oct 21 (IANS/ITAR -TASS) At least six people were killed and 20 others injured in an explosion in a passenger bus in the Russian city of Volgograd Monday.
The National Anti-Terror Committee has confirmed that an explosive device detonated in a regular bus in Volgograd at 2.05 p.m. Monday.
Of the 20 injured, the condition of 10 is said to be serious.
Criminal proceedings have been initiated in Volgograd following the incident.
A Russian Investigation Committee source told ITAR-TASS on Monday that the criminal case could be re-qualified in the course of investigation.
