Santosh Yadav, an IAS officer of Uttar Pradesh cadre, was on Tuesday appointed the managing director of the Noida Metro Rail Corporation.
Yadav, who is presently posted as the additional resident commissioner in Delhi and is on election duty in Karnataka, will take charge as the MD of the Rs.5,000 crore project to develop a metro network in Noida.
The joint secretary level officer in the union government has been the chairman of Ghaziabad Development Authority, and commissioner of Meerut division.
