The Supreme Court will hear at 12 noon the centre's plea challenging the quashing of the proclamation imposing the President's Rule in Uttrakhand.
An apex court bench of Justice Dipak Misra and Justice Shiva Kirti Singh, after taking up the matter as first item of day, said it would be heard at 12 noon.
The centre will on Friday inform the court of its decision on the court's suggestion whether it was ready for floor test to ascertain if the ousted chief minister Harish Rawat enjoyed majority support.
