Security forces kill gunfight in Kashmir
A militant was killed and a soldier injured on Tuesday in a gun battle between guerrillas and security forces in Jammu and Kashmir, police said.
The security forces surrounded Parray Mohalla in Bandipora district following information about the presence of militants, a police officer said.
This triggered the gunfight, leaving the militant dead and the soldier injured.
