Filmmaker Selvaraghavan, whose last Tamil directorial "Irandam Ulagam" turned out to be a damp squib, will direct actor Silambarasan aka Simbu in his next yet-untitled project in the language.
"Happy to announce my next project with @iam_str. It's sure to be something you'll all enjoy. Looking forward #longdue #yuvan #str #selva (sic)," Selva posted on his Twitter page.
The film will have music by Yuvan Shankar Raj, while the rest of the cast will be finalised soon.
Simbu, who hasn't had a release in two years, is on a signing spree as he has three projects in his kitty presently.
The 31-year old recently wrapped up shooting for Tamil romantic-drama "Idhu Namma Aalu" and will soon resume his delayed project with Gautham Vasudev Menon.
