Bangladeshi all-rounder Shakib Al Hasan will replace injured captain Johan Botha in the Adelaide Strikers squad ahead of their Twenty20 Big Bash League (BBL) clash against the Sydney Sixers Sunday.
Meanwhile, Strikers spinner Jon Holland also returns to the squad as he was passed fit by the BBL technical committee which approved the changes. Holland's replacement Harry Allanby will be removed from the 18-player squad.
World No.4 T20 all-rounder Al Hasan will be contracted to the Strikers squad as a replacement overseas player for Botha, who will be able to resume his place if he recovers and is fit to play.
