Compatriot Saina Nehwal remained the World No.2.
In men's singles, Kidambi Srikanth and H.S. Prannoy remained at No.9 and No.20 respectively as reigning Commonwealth Games champion Parupalli also went up a place to No.14.
Mumbai's Ajay Jayaram dropped as many as four spots to be ranked No.25.
There was no movement in doubles. The men's doubles pair of Manu Attri and B. Sumeeth Reddy stayed at No.17 while Jwala Gutta and Ashwini Ponnappa remained at No.14 in women's doubles.
