The sketches of the suspects involved in the Rs.39 lakh heist at an ATM here have been released, police said Saturday.
With the help of some witnesses and the victims, who were kept hostage at gun-point by robbers Friday, the sketches of the accused were made, police said.
"We have prepared the sketches of the accused and released. We hope the culprits will be in police net soon," Additional Commissioner of Police V.V. Chaudhary told IANS.
"The activities of the criminals got recorded in the CCTV camera installed in the Union Bank ATM," added the officer.
Three unidentified men looted Rs.39 lakh from the employees of a cash delivery van at gun-point when they were filling cash into an ATM in Mansarovar Park around 11.30 a.m. , police said.
The officer also indicated that the ATM heist was linked to the July 29 robbery case in which Rs.14 lakh was robbed from employees of a cash collection company by two bikers near from east Delhi's Cross River mall.
