Soldier commits suicide in J&K
A soldier deployed in Jammu and Kashmir's Samba district committed suicide, the army said on Saturday.
Naik Jasveer Singh (34) hailing from Sirhind (Punjab) and deployed at Samba, was reported killed from a gunshot wound to the head on Friday in the Samba Military Station.
"The untoward incident is a case of suspected suicide and is being investigated," a defence spokesperson said.
