Tribal teacher-turned-leader Soni Sori, who was attacked with acid and is undergoing medical treatment at the Apollo hospital here, is out of danger, hospital authorities said on Monday.
"We are carefully monitoring the situation on an hourly basis. She (Sori) has been evaluated by the ophthalmologist and her eye on bed side examination appears to be normal. she has faced burn injuries on her face. Her condition is stable at the moment with no threat to her life," said a hospital statement.
Sori was shifted to the Apollo hospital on Sunday night from the Gidam hospital in Chhattisgarh's Jagdalpur.
