Congress president Sonia Gandhi will attend a meeting of leaders of the party's Kerala unit Aug 12, a party leader said Friday.
Gandhi would be present at the meeting for an hour, after which she will take part in the 16th anniversary celebrations of the state-run Kudumbashree - the women's empowerment programme.
"All office bearers of the state party organisation, members of the Kerala Pradesh Congress Committee, former presidents and state ministers among others will be attending the meeting," said party general secretary Thampanoor Ravi.
