Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan will be seen promoting his forthcoming film "Dilwale" on the long-running investigative series "CID".
"Shah Rukh will be seen in one of the episodes of the show. As per the sequence, ACP Pradyuman's car breaks down while he is on his way to the CID Bureau. Shah Rukh will be seen passing by on the same road and sees ACP in trouble and offers him help," said a source from the production house.
"Shah Rukh shot for this particular episode on Thursday and it is scheduled to go on air by next week," the source added.
"CID", which is aired on Sony Entertainment Television, features Shivaji Satam, Aditya Srivastava and Dayanand Shetty among others.
Directed by Rohit Shetty, "Dilwale", which also stars Kajol, Varun Dhawan and Kriti Sanon, is slated to release on December 18.
